About us

The B+H Group was established in 1978 and its main company B+H Ocean Carriers Ltd. has been listed on the American Stock Exchange since 1988.  The group currently owns 8 ships, performs technical management  in-house, and enjoys an excellent reputation as tanker owners in the oil industry and the international ship finance community.

 B+H Ocean Carriers Ltd. returned to offshore in 2008 when it bought the contract for its first dynamically positioned Accommodation Field Development Vessel (AFDV), calling it “SAFECOM 1".

The B+H Group of companies is committed to Safety; safety of the environment, safety at the oil field, and safety of the offshore worker.  

B+H Offshore aims to set a higher SAFETY + COMFORT standard in the offshore accommodation / construction barge segment with its AFDV.
